I went to the poditrist for pain on the top of my foot...He said I need orthotics, but in the mean time he showed me how to tape my foot. Hopefully I will be able to Zumba.

This is the first week of harry walking with his stance control brace on the right leg. Harry has quickly adapted from his previous locked leg brace which he needed to swing through, rather than leading with a bent knee as in a normal stride, as he is doing now. I have had heel pain for as long as I can remember. We tried everything and nothing was working so I had shockwave therapy.
